BetScore Terms & Conditions

These Terms set out the rules that apply when you access BetScore, create an account or use casino, sportsbook, payment, promotional or other services available through the platform.

By continuing to use BetScore, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable promotion conditions, individual game rules and any additional conditions shown for a particular service.

Using BetScore

BetScore is available only to people who are legally permitted to use gambling services in their location. You must be at least 18 years old and must also meet any higher minimum gambling age that applies under local law.

Your BetScore account

A personal account is required to use functions that involve real-money gaming, betting or account transactions. Registration information must be genuine, complete and kept up to date.

• An account must be registered in your own name
• Only one permitted account may be held by the same player
• Login details must be kept private
• You may not use another person’s account
• Accounts cannot be sold, purchased or transferred
• Account information must remain accurate and current

Additional accounts associated with the same person, household, address, contact details, device or IP address may be treated as duplicate accounts. Activity, promotions and winnings associated with a duplicate account may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and other authentication information secure. Activity carried out after valid account credentials have been entered may be treated as activity performed by the account holder.

If you believe that another person has obtained access to your account, contact BetScore through the official support channels available on the website as soon as possible.

Closing an account

An account closure request can be made through BetScore support. Outstanding balances, pending withdrawals and unresolved account checks may need to be dealt with before closure can be completed.

Players who require a gambling break can also request self-exclusion. Once an exclusion is active, the player should not attempt to register or use another BetScore account.

What you confirm when registering

By registering and using BetScore, you confirm that the information you provide is correct and that you are using the platform on your own behalf.

Identity and account checks

BetScore may carry out Know Your Customer, age, identity, residence, payment ownership, source-of-funds and security checks before or after deposits, withdrawals or other account activity.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked for identification, proof of address, financial information, payment records or other documents reasonably required to complete verification.

Requested verification information should normally be provided within 30 days. Payments may be held and account access may be restricted while required checks remain incomplete.

Verification may be performed directly by BetScore or through approved identity, fraud-prevention or other compliance service providers.

Deposits and account balances

Deposits and withdrawals may be processed by BetScore, payment providers or other authorised financial service partners. Available methods, transaction limits and processing conditions can vary by account and location.

An account balance is not a conventional bank account and does not earn interest.

• Transaction minimums and maximums may apply

• Withdrawals may be returned through the original funding method where possible
• Payment ownership may be verified before funds are released
• Player-to-player account transfers are not permitted

Refund requests

Deposits are generally not refundable. A refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as an identified technical or payment processing problem.

A deposit that has already been used for gambling, or that is connected with a bonus already used for gambling, will generally not qualify for a refund. Verification may be required before any approved refund is processed.

Withdrawal conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, transaction checks, wagering conditions and the applicable account limits.

Deposited funds are subject to a minimum 1x rollover before withdrawal. A minimum monthly wagering threshold of C$30 may also apply within the calendar month in which a withdrawal is requested.

Where the required deposit rollover has not been completed, BetScore may cancel associated winnings and apply payment processing charges. The applicable charge may be 10%, subject to a minimum of C$0.75, or 15% where funding was made by bank card or bank transfer.

Withdrawal processing may be delayed where additional identity, account, source-of-funds, fraud or compliance checks are necessary.

Withdrawal limits by VIP level

A maximum of three withdrawal requests may remain pending on an account at the same time. Individual transaction limits or schedules may differ according to the payment method, account status and required checks.

Inactive accounts

An account may be treated as inactive after 180 consecutive days without a login. An administration fee of C$0.75 per month may then apply while a positive balance remains.

If an inactive balance falls below C$7.50, the remaining amount may be charged. No further inactivity fee is applied once the balance reaches zero.

Incorrect transactions and account adjustments

Technical, human or payment errors can occasionally result in an incorrect account balance. BetScore may correct transactions, winnings or credits that were applied in error.

If funds are credited to an account by mistake, they do not become the property of the player. An incorrect payment already withdrawn may remain repayable.

Players remain responsible for any taxes or similar obligations that apply to their gambling activity or winnings under local law.

Promotions and bonus balances

BetScore may make bonuses, free spins, free bets, loyalty rewards and other promotions available from time to time. Each offer can have its own eligibility, activation, wagering, expiry and withdrawal conditions.

The conditions displayed for a specific promotion apply together with these Terms. If the two conflict on a matter specific to that promotion, the promotion rules apply to that matter.

Wagering contribution

Certain games may have a different contribution rate, contribute 0%, or be unavailable while an active bonus is present. The applicable game restrictions shown with the relevant bonus form part of its conditions.

Standard bonus time limits

Unless a particular promotion states otherwise, casino wagering requirements normally need to be completed within 10 days and sportsbook bonus requirements within 30 days.

An expired bonus and any winnings linked to it may be removed if the required conditions have not been completed in time.

Common casino bonus conditions

• No-deposit casino bonuses may carry a 40x wagering requirement

Bonus misuse

Promotions are intended for ordinary recreational play. Attempts to remove or reduce gambling risk primarily to clear wagering requirements can be treated as bonus abuse.

• Coordinated or minimum-risk betting strategies
• Using software errors or delayed game rounds
• Artificially changing betting patterns after a large win
• Manipulating game contribution percentages
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Any other deliberate attempt to circumvent promotion rules

Individual bets above C$150 while applicable wagering requirements remain active may also breach the standard bonus conditions.

Placing bets and playing games

Before confirming a bet, check the selection, market, stake and other information shown on the bet slip. A correctly submitted bet generally cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance.

BetScore may reject, limit or cancel a wager where permitted under the applicable rules, including where an obvious error, insufficient balance, fraud concern or event-integrity issue exists.

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game systems. If information displayed locally on a player’s device conflicts with the game server record, the server record may be used to determine the result.

Sportsbook settlement principles

Sports bets are settled according to the market description, applicable sport rules and official results. Different markets may use regular time, overtime, sets, periods or other sport-specific settlement criteria.

The minimum sportsbook stake may be €1 or its applicable equivalent. Maximum stakes vary according to the sport, market, account and jurisdiction and are shown before a wager is confirmed.

• Bets may be limited or refused before acceptance
• Late bets placed after an outcome becomes known may be void
• Bets placed without sufficient available funds may be cancelled
• Fraudulent or coordinated wagers may be void
• Official competition results are generally used for settlement

Live information

Live scores, timers, statistics and similar information displayed on the platform are provided for reference. A player should not assume that such information will always be complete or free from delay.

Cash Out

Cash Out may be available on selected wagers and allows an eligible bet, or part of it, to be settled before the underlying event finishes.

Cash Out availability is not guaranteed. A request can fail where a market is suspended, odds change, event coverage is interrupted or a technical issue occurs. Cash Out may not be available for Free Bet or Risk-Free Bet wagers.

Bet Builder

Bet Builder can allow several selections from the same event to be combined into one wager. The conditions shown before confirmation determine how void selections and recalculated odds will be handled.

Activity that is not permitted

BetScore may only be used for legitimate personal gambling activity. Attempts to manipulate games, accounts, payments or betting markets are prohibited.

• Using an account on behalf of another person
• Using payment methods or funds that do not belong to you
• Fraud, chargeback abuse or payment manipulation
• Collusion with other players or third parties
• Cheating or automated betting intended to create an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical weaknesses
• Money laundering or other criminal activity
• Attacking or attempting unauthorised access to BetScore systems
• Reverse engineering or improperly copying platform software
• Selling, purchasing or transferring player accounts

Account and betting activity may be reviewed when there is a reasonable concern about compliance with these Terms.

Where fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity is reasonably suspected, BetScore may restrict an account, pause payments, cancel affected bets or bonuses, close the account and provide relevant information to competent authorities where required.

Service availability and liability

BetScore aims to keep its services operational, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Internet failures, provider outages, technical faults, third-party systems, maintenance and events outside reasonable control can affect availability.

Players are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for the security of the devices and connections they use to access BetScore.

Nothing on the platform guarantees a gambling outcome or profit. Gambling involves financial risk and losses remain possible.

Changes to BetScore and these Terms

BetScore may update these Terms or make changes to services, features and rules where operational, legal or regulatory circumstances require it.

Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on the website. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to subsequent use of the platform.

Complaints and disputes

Questions or complaints can be submitted through the official BetScore support channels shown on the website. Account ownership may need to be verified before a complaint involving personal account information can be reviewed.

A complaint should contain enough information to identify the issue, including the relevant account details, transaction or bet information, dates and a clear description of what happened.

BetScore aims to provide an outcome within 10 days after receiving the information needed to investigate the complaint. More complex cases may require additional time.

Applicable rules and jurisdiction

Claims and disputes connected with these Terms or the use of BetScore are handled according to the law and jurisdiction applicable to the relevant relationship and circumstances.

Game and provider availability

Individual casino providers and games can be unavailable in particular jurisdictions because of licensing, supplier or content restrictions.

BetScore Shop

Eligible players may accumulate Energy and exchange it through the BetScore Shop for selected account rewards such as bonuses, Bonus Spins, Free Bets or Wheel of Fortune attempts.

Shop bonuses

• Standard Shop bonus wagering may be 40x
• The usual completion period is 10 days
• Maximum release may be limited to 5x the original bonus
• Shop casino bonuses are intended for the Casino section

Bonus Spins

Bonus Spins purchased through the Shop should normally be activated and played within seven days. Winnings may be credited as bonus funds and carry a 40x wagering requirement.

The maximum amount released from qualifying Bonus Spin winnings may be limited to C$75.

Free Bets

Shop Free Bets are intended for the Sports section. They should normally be activated within 24 hours and used as a single stake.

Resulting winnings may need to be wagered at least three times using qualifying selections with minimum odds of 2.10 before withdrawal. The applicable rollover period is normally 30 days from activation.

Earning Energy

• 1 Energy may be earned for every C$15 wagered on eligible casino games
• Eligible deposits may generate Energy equivalent to 5% of the deposit calculation
• Selected tournament results may also award Energy

Wheel of Fortune conditions

Eligible players can use Wheel of Fortune Spins to receive one of the available rewards. Each Spin represents one attempt and must be activated by the player.

Players may earn one Spin for every C$150, or currency equivalent, wagered on eligible casino games. A maximum of three Spins may be earned per qualifying day and no more than ten may be held at one time.

Wagering while an active bonus is being used does not normally contribute toward earning Wheel Spins.
